Inspiring our human-ness!
We are creators at the very core of who and what we are.
So what holds some people back? thoughts? feelings? situations? life events? Whatever that is for you, does that stop the flow of energy?..... or do we? hmmm....
With every step, every action, every thought, we create our experience.
How we create art is reflected in our creative expression. How we paint, cook, dance, sing, express!....this all is reflective of our current state of "being".
That's why I, personally found this book so appealing and immediately wanted to share it in an open discussion with my artistic peers, friends and students.
So let's start the discussion by getting to know where we are coming from (energetically speaking)....
In the first chapter of this book, we read about energy and the "flow".
